Turnaround Time
Typical design proof turnaround time is 15-21 business days, for projects such as logo development, flyers, print and social media design. For branding packages and larger projects, design turnaround is 4-6 weeks. If needed there is an option for a rush design turnaround for an additional $150 per rushed design. Once the initial design proofs are sent over, if any revisions are requested, those revised designs get sent over within 5-7 business days. For print orders, once the designs are finalized, the files are uploaded to our partner printing facility and the production time is generally 7-15 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. If you need to expedite your shipping, please inquire via email and an additional invoice will be sent.
